A smooth and efficient purchase journey for our beautiful Harris Tweed sofas and footstool. Lee Longlands have provided an excellent service throughout, right up to the delivery men who called us 2 hours beforehand.
We ordered a chair to match previous purchases from Lee Longlands: it was delivered on exactly the week predicted at time of sale. The two delivery men (Richard and Will) kept us informed of their proximity with three phone calls on the morning it came. They were friendly and obliging: what more could you want, oh and the price was excellent combined with interest free credit.
The ladies I dealt with in the Abingdon store were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful - and, unlike many salespeople, were not at all pushy.
I ordered two sofas which were delivered in line with the 8 week timeline as advised at the time of purchase.
I was contacted by telephone and email a few days before delivery and confirmation of a time slot by text message on the morning of the delivery.
Jay & Kane made the delivery on time. They were polite, obliging and efficient. It was raining when my delivery arrived so it was greatly appreciated when the lads respectfully removed their shoes inside the house - even though I’m sure it was a pain for them.

Brilliant service from Mark and James. Who were proffesional and calm, even so they had to park on an extremley busy road and had to carry the sofa up a tight path in the pouring rain. Would highly recommend.
We had been looking for the right furniture for quite a while, and the selection available was just what we needed. The assistance during pre-order and ordering matched the professionalism of the logistics team, as well as the delivery and assembly by the representatives. The delivery team was exceptional, calling at 7:30 to confirm their arrival at 8, and they showed up right on time. They truly reflect well on the company. They handled the sofa with great care, laying down a protective sheet and explaining the maintenance of the sofa, including how the cushions can be reversed. The quality is impressive and incredibly comfortable. They also mentioned that matching cushions can be made. I’m very thankful for their professionalism and assistance. Many thanks for a wonderful purchase; it was definitely worth the wait.
I received outstanding customer service from the support team, who called me the day before delivery to confirm a suitable time. Additionally, I got a call on the morning of the delivery to verify the timings. While I haven't opened the product yet, I am truly impressed by the exceptional service provided during the delivery process, which I greatly appreciate!
Frank and Adam provided outstanding service. They were friendly, kind, and considerate. They assembled the footstool for me and unpackaged it as well. Their efforts made me feel very comfortable, especially since I only had one hand. They went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction before leaving, which I truly appreciated. This was our initial purchase from the company, and we visited the new store on opening day to buy a dining room table and chairs. The service was outstanding, but after reviewing our order upon leaving, we discovered it was incorrect! We returned, and the issue was resolved without any hassle. Initially, we were told delivery would take just 3 weeks, which was great, but unfortunately, the day before delivery, we were informed that our order wouldn’t arrive until after Christmas. This was a problem since we had already sold our current dining table! When we went back to discuss this, the Store Manager promptly offered us a loan set until ours was ready. Then last week, we received a call saying our order was ready for delivery, which was wonderful news. On delivery day, the communication from the delivery team was excellent, and the professionalism of the team was commendable, so a big thank you to the representatives. Overall, despite a few hiccups with the order and delivery, the customer service was exceptional. Well done to the company; we will certainly return for future purchases.
