I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. The quality of the clothes I received was far below expectations — cheap materials that certainly don’t justify the high prices. On top of that, the delivery was extensively delayed with no clear communication or updates along the way.The refund process has been equally frustrating — unclear, unnecessarily complicated and slow. It’s clear the company does not prioritize customer satisfaction or transparency. Communication with customer service has been poor, adding to the stress of the situation.Overall, this has been a highly disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from this site.
