I ordered multiple dresses for my bridesmaids for my wedding in July. The dresses arrived late and many were not the colour I had ordered. Others had missing pieces and hem lines that did not match the images on the website. I had a long discussion before purchasing with the service team and was not made aware of the 7 day refund policy. Which is madness. I now have £1000 of dresses they will not refund, despite the faults and these can not be worn as they don’t match the theme. I have sent many messages to the team and had no reply. I have been on the website many times and can see the colour doesn’t update when you order, so don’t you will not get what you want or what you asked for. Bridesmaids service 0/10
