I ordered a dress and paid $26.99 for shipping, expecting a 5 to 7-day arrival. After my purchase, I learned the dress would take up to 15 days to make and an additional 15 for shipping. I attempted to contact the company multiple times without any response. I feel misled and extremely disappointed, having lost $155.99 so far and still waiting for a reply. I need a refund.
