We were quoted approximately $750, but the final cost soared to $2,000 for a straightforward two-bedroom move. The process took over 13 hours at $150 per hour. The team clearly lacked the necessary experience. They spent two full hours just disassembling a queen-size bed. They were unsure how to pack a dining table and could only disassemble it after we found a YouTube tutorial for them to follow. During the move, they broke our TV stand (which we had to discard) and damaged our sofa valued at $3,000. What was meant to be a 3-hour job stretched into 13 hours (from 9 AM to 7 PM), making the entire experience feel chaotic and unprofessional. I’m sharing this to help others avoid the same error. If you care about your belongings, your time, and receiving a truthful estimate—seek alternatives.
