This company's after-sales service is appalling.
Even though the device was under legal warranty, they asked me to take it apart myself to check if the motherboard was oxidized.
Fortunately, Amazon stepped in and provided a replacement as a commercial gesture... otherwise, we would still be stuck in a pointless email loop (one response per day, and they are closed on weekends).
I have read that others have had similar issues, and I can confirm it.
Stay away.
