This company's after-sales service is appalling.
Even though the device was under legal warranty, they asked me to take it apart myself to check if the motherboard was oxidized.
Fortunately, Amazon stepped in and provided a replacement as a commercial gesture... otherwise, we would still be stuck in a pointless email loop (one response per day, and they are closed on weekends).
I have read that others have had similar issues, and I can confirm it.
Stay away.

We bought the Lefant M3 Max hoover and its fully exceeded our expectations. The hoover self empties, mops and hoovers. We are really impressed how it can map out all the rooms in your household and you are able to view this via the app (really easy to set up). This means you can then set it to clean areas or individual rooms. I would recommend this hoover, it’s a must!!
I totally love my Lefant M320 robotic vacuum. It’s a mid range cost but a good range vacuum. I find that the 6000 PA and sucking slot brilliant and much more useful than a rotating head style as it sees to pick up so much more pet hairs and gets into the corners better also. It keeps my house amazingly clean and I run it 3 times a day . I did have an issue at one stage and once Lefant knew what the problem was they were amazing to sort it out for me . I did try buying an iRobot one which was so much more expensive and I returned it as it really wasn’t up to Lefant standard although much more expensive than a Lefant M320 . It doesn’t have an option for mapping but the next grade up had a roatsting brush head and I didn’t want that. I am very happy though . Dog has no problem with it as the noise isn’t too high pitched and the movement isn’t threatening as it’s a nice medium size rather than huge and heavy in the higher ££ ranges of any robotic vacuum . Very happy and would definitely buy again
We bought our Lefant pro robot hoover and its an absolute dream!! The hoover self empties, mops and hoovers and can connect to the Alexa so you can say ‘alexa, robot hoover on’. It maps your house so you can set no go zones or particular spots to clean and it then remembers where its been and you can control it via an app. I absolutely would recommend this and i have to all my family & friends!
Excellent products and customer service Bought a vacuum from amazon almost 2 years ago and love it, worked perfectly and used regularly. Recently developed an issue and I contacted customer service team who have been fantastic. Got to the root of the problem and got it fixed.
