Actually I can’t go below one but…… they are just collecting peoples most personal information and it for sale. They never had any conversations with my funeral home, they scan funeral announcements, funeral home websites and such. In my case an ignorant relative told everyone to go to this site on top of it to send messages and such to his family and as I am his wife I have never been contacted. They don’t even have information correct! I have contacted Legacy and they said 24 hours fir a response. Nope, not even a call.
