DO NOT USE.
You will not receive services you paid for and more than likely won't receive your refund either.
Taking advantage of people's grief is disgusting.

They are.\n The pits in 2021I called about this obituary. I seen online that had my son's picture, but a different name when I called them and asked them about this Dr. Leon obituary and also he was known as a.k.a. deonte Leon Robinson, also devonte Leon Robinson. I changed both of my names from death threats from his father, Herman Charles Robinson. 1 minute they have his body women. If they don't have this body, even till today is still the yes, they have his body. No, they don't have his body. When I try to go in and upload photos, they have did something to circumvent the photos from being uploaded. I've called about this numerous amounts of times I have not gotten a return phone call from the last time iPhone, which would have been roughly around February 17th. Now, it's February 21st and I've tried to upload some more pictures on his obituary. Because his father fell to try to contact me and they have gotten into my phone. And when I try to repost pictures, when it says add a memory, they will not allow my phone access my photos to a blue picture of my son, Mickey Mouse and myself. I see that it's going to take more action to get some results for them. They're really ratchet, and they misinform people, then when they put you on hold, the recording tells you about, oh, you can make pre funeral barrel arrangements, so they're trying to solicit you when you're on hold, calling about your loved one.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this…

Do yourself a favor and avoid this “provider” which is nothing more than a scam. We ordered flowers for a funeral, and we were reassured that they were going to be delivered on time. Luckily we checked, and they never arrived. We never received a call or an email stating such. When we called, we were informed that they were scheduled for an alternate day which makes no sense as the funeral was a one day event. We are still working on getting our money back.

Embarrassed to have sent, Do not use

While the delivery was on time, the arrangement was terrible. This was for a work colleague and I was embarrassed to see the flowers looked like they were grabbed, stuck in a vase with no interest, tips of the lilies were bent and brown, and 1/2 the buds unopened (and I suspect never did open). I would not recommend anyone using this flower service. Most florist are fantastic direct. I thought since the funeral home recommended, it would be ok, but it was not.

Five Star Experience!

I was disappointed to read so many negative reviews. My experience with Legacy.com was quite the opposite. After uploading an obituary and photos for my wife, I had several updates, edits, and changes I wanted to make. From updating text to rearranging photos (and I uploaded more than 200), the support staff were so accommodating. They responded to every request, with changes usually incorporated within an hour or two. They were supportive, caring, and empathetic to what I was going through. If I requested changes that were atypical to what their system could handle, they always found a work around. I never made one request that they could not accommodate me with. I cannot say enough about how fabulous the staff has been. Plus, I see some reviews that complained about the price. I placed obituaries in three different newspapers around the country with prices ranging from $400 to $700. One picture, limited text, and the obituaries ran for only one day. For what turned out to be a very extensive obituary with multiple photos, my cost on Legacy.com was $188, and my wife will be forever immortalized. I do not believe that Legacy.com charges enough for the services they provide. For what Legacy.com provided me, I would have happily paid as much or more than what I paid for traditional newspapers. There is no comparison. I would highly recommend Legacy.com to anyone who wish to have there loved ones forever remembered. Thank you to all the staff at Legacy.com. Job well done!

Compasionate in the throes of exorbitant pricing

The exorbitant prices imposed by the NYTimes on subscribers in mourning made it difficult for us to decide what to do. Throughout that multi-day process, the Legacy staff were perfect - kind, patient, understanding, flexible and helpful.

Don’t send flowers through Legacy!

Legacy sent an email the day of the funeral saying they could not deliver flowers to the viewing, which was the day before the funeral! Do not send flowers through Legacy!
