2nd time using legacy box, positive experience except for latest, purchased the vault up to 80 film media, unfortunately they were mostly large film reels, they only sent 1 box, called for 2 more boxes and spoke to help desk and she said I would have to purchase my own, so I did and it was 60lbs. It would have been nice for you to ship a larger box but got through it for another $15 for a box. Still very positive experience
