I had to call L&G several times due to a mix up with my workplace pension administration. Every time I called the staff at L&G were professional and empathetic with my hearing loss. They took the time to speak slowly, with very clearly pronunciation. They were all a pleasure to deal with and left me feeling valued. Sadly this is rarely the case nowadays.
