L&G has never got back to me about a pension enquiry. This has been going on for a couple of years. The advisors are always dismissive and I never had any reply to my queries. Poor service, money orientated is all L&G is interested in. Still waiting for a final answer before taking them to the Financial Ombudsman.
Your reply is not good enough, when I were advised substantial increase would occur after my 65th birthday. Around £2 per week is not considered to be a substantial amount.
