I registered on the platform and utilized the service just once, for which I paid. A few days later, I decided to cancel my membership plan. I discovered that cancellations could only be processed via email, not through the website. I sent an email on September 18, 2024, and received a response stating they were 'working on my request,' leading me to believe my membership would be canceled.
Over a year later, I found out through my bank statements that I had been charged $29 every month without my awareness. I immediately reached out again and had to cancel my card to prevent further charges.
As of January 15, 2026, they finally canceled my membership but informed me they would only refund the last three months, essentially suggesting I could voice my complaints elsewhere. Moreover, it's uncertain whether the refund will be processed since the card linked to the account is already closed.
This experience feels extremely unjust, misleading, and appears intentionally crafted to complicate the cancellation process. I couldn't find a suitable place to lodge a formal complaint, so I'm sharing my experience here. Proceed with caution before signing up.
