I have been a member and associate for 25 years. Today the attorney with the State law firm took days longer to return my call than I was told and what has been usual. Once she called me she refused to answer my legal question. Again I have paid for 25 years and couldn't answer a quick legal question. I called customer service and corp. They do not care about the customer anymore that is for sure. I can't recommend them anymore and I am very disheartened about that. Can you wrap your head around losing a 25 year member at 50.00 a month because you don't want to answer a question. I was very shocked that someone couldn't come up with a smarter outcome
