Best done on desktop, but perfectly suited for my needs on a smart phone to get a letter in quickly while I was sick. Easy to cancel and easy to download. Great user interface.
The Legal Template we needed was available in a Word format which made it easy to tailor to our needs. It also contained a lot of language or prompts which I never would had added otherwise, but found helpful.
I found the templates to be very useful for my particular need. I didn't want to write it from scratch and didn't know how to write it. So their template saved me a lot of research and time.
I found that Legal Templates was very helpful when I needed a form for obtaining Power of Attorney for my mother who had taken ill very suddenly. My Attorney had suggested that I get the forms here in order to save time and money for our family. My experience was especially excellent because due to the stress of the circumstance, I forgot to cancel my membership. I contacted Legal Templates through chat on their site and was told to email them. I figured I would not see my $50 charge again and for me this was terrible. We had so many bills for my mother and no way to pay them. The $50 meant a lot to us. The following day I was contacted and my money was promptly refunded. I think that is wonderful and I respect this group for their integrity as well as for their legal usefulness. God bless!
The service unlocks PDFs but restricts you to just one download per day, even with a paid subscription that claims to offer unlimited downloads. You receive a message stating it may take one to two minutes, but the file never actually downloads.
I'm really frustrated that I was charged 49 dollars even though I cancelled the same day I used the service. As a first-time customer, it was quite confusing. The service itself was fine, but losing 50 bucks when I shouldn't have is really upsetting.
This feels like a scam! A seller sent me a document to sign through legal templates, and I was forced to provide an email address and credit card information. Why is that necessary? I never registered for any service, yet they charged me $49 just for my signature. Unbelievable! Please be cautious and read the fine print—such companies profit heavily from trusting individuals.
Like many others, I completed the entire process only to discover that I would incur charges. There is no contact information for the company, nor any guidance on how to cancel. It appears that the service is managed by a single individual who responds with generic messages, leaving me doubtful about receiving any meaningful assistance.
I just needed one POA document and didn't want to spend money on a lawyer or a subscription. The service made it incredibly simple to create the POA form, download it, and print it out. Cancelling any paid subscription was also straightforward and hassle-free. Thank you for the great service!
