Like many others on here I paid to use a form once and then saw I was being billed again. When I contacted them I was told that I had needed to cancel within seven days and since I hadn’t I needed to pay a monthly subscription price. While they did cancel the subscription they claim they cannot refund money even though it was never used in that period of time. I should have read the reviews here and on the internet for them before I used them as I would have known this is a common issue with them.
