Purchased a South Carolina S-Corp from LegalZoom and I still did not receive it after 8 weeks. I could not open a bank account or do anything to start my new business while waiting for them. This is even after me calling several times to get my paperwork. I finally had to go online myself to apply and then received my approval in three days. When asking for a refund from LegalZoom or a credit, they said that they have a 60 day limit on refunds. They then only gave me $150 back of almost $600. I definitely would not recommend for this service.
