If I could give them no stars I would. I was a few days late on canceling the subscription because my business was dissolved because I had an aortic dissection and could not longer work the business. The subscription renewed a few days before I called and they told me that I couldn't get a refund. I am suffering right now and needed that money. This is ridiculous. I could see if the payment was made months ago. I feel like I just got scammed.
