Very unprofessional. They said they closed my LLC for me and took care of everything, only to find out 8 years later I have four years worth of fees. $600.00!!! I had to pay $600.00 because of their mistake to the state of Arkansas. And all they had to say was they have no record of me talking to them. That's funny considering somehow they stopped taking payments. I wounder why...because I told them to close it out! I had to pay four years of Franchise fee because they failed to file with the state that my LLC had been closed.
