LegalZoom knew my LLC was administratively dissolved and I hadn't used their services for over a year. However, without any sort of invoice sent to me (apparently they only give information on invoices etc. if you log into Legalzoom...a way of minimizing notice) by email. When I called recently they failed to give me a refund even though I did not use their services. I will never use this company again and recommend that you stay away from them. Frankly, I think they will be replaced by AI anyway.
