He informed me the jacket was out of stock and that production would begin again on 1/15/26, promising delivery in two weeks. However, despite further attempts to reach out, I received no updates. A friend who tried to order directly from the original seller was told of significant delays. When I mentioned my order with this seller, he suggested I check their feedback, which was largely negative. I tried to follow up with the representative again but received no response. The reviews on a feedback platform indicate this lack of service is a common issue with this seller, taking payments without delivering or communicating. It’s baffling how the original company allows this seller to operate with such poor customer service. I've disputed the charge with my credit card provider and plan to contact the original company to report my experience, as it reflects poorly on them. I advise potential customers to buy directly from the original seller, as my past experiences with them were positive and responsive. The products are not cheap and deserve better service. This situation has been very unsatisfactory, and I will not be purchasing from this seller again. I also plan to inform the original company of these issues and suggest they review the negative feedback, as it affects their reputation.
