I placed an order 10 days ago. They do not manufacture their own jackets but sell products from another brand, which can be purchased directly from them. I spoke with a representative a few days ago who assured me he would check on the shipping status. Since then, there has been complete silence. This company does not appear to take their business seriously. I recommend avoiding it.
