I find their business practices questionable. As others have noted, many product reviews seem to be written in-house or solicited in exchange for vouchers for positive feedback. They often advertise items at steep discounts but lack the actual products, instead pushing more expensive alternatives with discounts. I encountered this with a vest, where they tried to upsell me on a much pricier option. The original vest I ordered was claimed to be discontinued, yet it remains available on their site at a higher price. When I raised this with customer service, my email was ignored, and I was refunded. It’s unfortunate because they do have quality products, but I won’t return due to the dishonesty and attempts to upsell.
