He informed me the jacket was out of stock and that production would resume on 1/15/26, promising delivery in two weeks. However, after more attempts to contact them, I still received no updates. A friend who tried to order directly from the original seller learned of significant delays. When I mentioned my order, he suggested I check their feedback, which was quite negative. I followed up again but received no response. Based on reviews, this lack of service seems to be a recurring issue with this seller, who takes payment but fails to deliver or communicate. It's puzzling how the original company allows this seller to operate with such poor customer service. I've disputed the charge and plan to contact the original company to report my experience, as it reflects poorly on them. I recommend buying directly from the original seller, as my past experiences with them were positive. The items are not inexpensive and certainly deserve better service. This situation has been very unsatisfactory, and I will not be purchasing from this seller again. I also plan to inform the original company about these issues and encourage them to consider the negative feedback, as it directly impacts their reputation.
