I've been a customer for over five years, ordering annually. This December, I placed my order early, yet it hasn't arrived. I've emailed multiple times, but only received generic replies. My attempts to reach the support team have also gone unanswered. This is unacceptable service. If an order is placed weeks before a holiday, there should be no delays, and out-of-stock items should be clearly marked. I've yet to receive a refund, and they have my $200 for over two weeks without providing anything. Terrible service, and I will be sharing my experience widely.
