Although my Christmas order was somewhat delayed it did not matter as we had to shift our celebration to a later time and the package was delivered before so it was no harm no foul. But customer service is where they shined with immediate response via email and even follow up emails to check on our overall experience. Personal attention in a world of computers. Love their quality and service
I placed an order for a Christmas gift on December 20th, and it still hasn't been shipped. I've received no responses to my emails, and customer service doesn't answer my calls. It feels like I've lost my money without receiving anything. I strongly advise against ordering from this service.
Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered and paid for two items, but after 23 days, I only received one. The second item was never delivered. What makes this situation worse is the lack of response from the company; no one answers phone calls or messages. I attempted to reach out to customer service multiple times, but received no replies, no explanations, and no updates regarding the missing item. Payment was processed immediately, yet fulfillment and communication have been very unsatisfactory. This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. I cannot recommend this service due to unreliable delivery and completely unresponsive support.
Extremely disappointed with the service! If timely shipping for the holidays is an issue, it would be better to communicate that upfront. I placed an order during a holiday sale where shipping was promised within 5-7 days. I contacted the company on December 17th regarding my order, which included gifts for my nephews, niece, and husband. They assured me that my order would arrive before Christmas and that they would cover the expedited shipping costs. However, I was shocked to receive an automated email today informing me that my order would not arrive until January! This is unacceptable! I'm extremely frustrated, and the customer service has not been helpful in resolving this issue. What a terrible situation!
I placed a sizable order on 12/6 and finally received a confirmation after reaching out on 12/16. However, the status shows the label was created, but my package hasn't moved. I've tried calling multiple times but keep getting disconnected. I've sent several emails with no response. When I finally got through, they insisted it had shipped, but given the lack of movement, that was clearly untrue. They informed me that no action could be taken until 10 days after the shipping date. Utterly disappointing service, especially since these were important gifts for my boys. I won't be ordering here again.
