I placed an order during a holiday sale where shipping was promised within 5-7 days. I contacted the company on December 17th regarding my order, which included gifts for my nephews, niece, and husband. They assured me that my order would arrive before Christmas and that they would cover the expedited shipping costs. However, I was shocked to receive an automated email today informing me that my order would not arrive until January! This is unacceptable! I'm extremely frustrated, and the customer service has not been helpful in resolving this issue. What a terrible situation!
