I ordered 3. Jeans on outlet sale, they arrived too small. I emailed to get an exchange as I was happy with the product but no that size. I received a response via email advising that outlet items can not be refunded and referred to the returns policy, so I reordered the same Jeans in a bigger size and thought to regift the originals which was already frustrating.
After placing my new order I decided to check the returns policy (which also has the exchange policy) no where in said policy did it state that exchanges can't be done on outlet items only refunds and store credits were unavailable. So I was scammed into another purchase, I will be contacting my credit card company and trading standards for breach of their only policy. Not to mention the buyers protection they force you to purchase. I tried multiple times to remove it, through research online it is against consumer rights to force buyers to pay protection as they should have insurance to cover any missed items anyway. I will not be ordering again, I will be writing reviews on every platform possible
