Please be careful when dealing with this seller.
If they send you the wrong item, they will not admit their mistake and may instead blame your eyesight or your camera. First, they provide an incorrect return address, even though you are expected to pay for the return shipping yourself for their error. Because of the wrong address, you cannot return the parcel. After many emails, they stop responding completely, leaving you stuck with a defective item

This product is trash. I tried my pants on and realized the belt loops on 2 of the 3 pairs of pants were coming apart at the seams. Went I told them about it they said since I tried them on they are no longer eligible for exchange. Probably because they know their product is poorly manufactured. I guess I got scammed from Instagram again

I tried contacting the customer support but they stopped answering on 14 January. They came up with the solution to re send the package but that one also did not arrive.

I am contacting Shopify support to file a dispute if you do not help me soon!

Unsatisfactory customer service, order placed on November 25, 2025, still not received

The customer service has been disappointing; I ordered four clothing items on November 25, 2025, and they still haven't arrived. This situation is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the service. I was considering purchasing sneakers from them after this order, but given that I've been waiting for over two months, I have decided against it.

Terrible experience with this company regarding refunds.

Dealing with this company has been a nightmare; they completely disregard consumer law when it comes to refunds. Communication is non-existent as they don't respond to emails. The quality of their products is subpar. I purchased two pairs of jeans, and both were entirely different sizes—one pair had a 28” waist while the other had a 31” leg. What kind of quality control is in place? The items do not match the advertisements at all. I've reported them to the relevant authorities and had to seek a refund through my bank.

Surprised by the low ratings, excellent quality tracksuit!

I’m not sure why the ratings are low; the tracksuit is of beautiful quality. No issues with the delivery. I'm a bit tight on funds right now, but I plan to get another one when I can.

Frustrating Experience with My Order

I purchased two pairs of jeans for my son as Christmas gifts. They included an insurance fee that was so well concealed I didn't notice it. One pair arrived in the incorrect size. When I tried to return them today, I found out that the return period is only 14 days, even during the holiday season. After reading other reviews, it appears I might not receive a refund at all! Terrible customer service - steer clear of this company.

Excellent support after an email mistake

I mistakenly provided the wrong email for my purchase, which meant I didn't get a confirmation code. However, the customer support was outstanding and very efficient. I had no issues getting confirmation for my order!

Finally received an updated tracking after delivery issues

After experiencing weeks of frustration with delivery delays, the company has finally provided an updated tracking reference for my orders. It may not arrive until after Christmas, but they have certainly made amends. I really love the jeans and tees, and even though there are no jeans in this order, I’m excited for a tracksuit and more tees! You can never have too many. If similar issues arise in the future, consider adding a banner on your website to inform customers. Loyal customers will likely understand.
