I would give zero stars if possible

I would give zero stars if possible. I booked an overnight stay and two days in the park for a special Christmas event. I contacted the service in September regarding ride availability, specifically the flight attraction, and was assured it would be operational. However, in November, I learned that four major rides would be closed for the holiday event. There was no festive atmosphere, and the customer service offered me the option to cancel for a 20% fee or change my date at an additional cost. I was also told I had to pay extra for an additional day as the current promotion was for new customers only. My children were very disappointed, and I felt the company only cared about profit. I have spent over £400 and now face additional charges to reschedule. This is not the magic of Christmas! Last year was wonderful, but I will not return.
