Customer service is extremely disappointing. I contacted Le Gramme mid October 2025 regarding my husbands 9gram cable bracelet which broke. I was out by 6 months of the item falling within their warranty period of 2 years. The bracelet hold sentimental value - as most jewelry do. I was already initially disappointed with the communication, enquiring as to how the bracelet could have broken the way it did, without manufacturing default and needed time to think about the return process and fee. I was promised the price of €80 provided stands and to let them know when I was ready. I then contact them in mid December 2025 (replying to their last email), requesting I was ready to proceed, only to be told I needed the resend my receipt and images. I forwarded email conversation of my previous communication, including email about the fee and that it stays until I’m ready. I’m told due to “evolved policy’ the fee is now €120, even after providing evidence of the price that was promised. The actual design of the cable bracelet in particular is beautiful, but let’s hope if you do decide to purchase one, it doesn’t break (frayed from one of the ends!) or require maintenance.Their design do not match their customer service. You will have to consider the risk to reward when purchasing an item from this jeweler. 11 Jan 2025: it was a pleasant surprise to receive a reply from Le Gramme, and I had always wondered when businesses replied to reviews extending an offer to review or improve your experience - whether they follow through with it. I am still waiting on the outcome of their review (as they indicated on their reply).
