Review Time
I have purchased one bracelet before Christmas and next day returned it because it was too small. next day I ordered another one. It is already 2,5 months later and I still(!!!!) did not receive my money back for the first order for which I have a proof that they received it. They email/reply to me and then disappear for weeks with no result or money on my account. They will potentially reply to this comment saying that they apologies and I should email them...I did!! and called btw!! you just cannot reach them... So, please, le gramme, save your time replying here and rather reply to my email!!! never buying their products again!! they are great indeed and all the good reviews are only for those lucky people that did not have problems with their purchase.
Luxury branding, but basic quality control and customer care are missingI bought a le gramme bracelet as a Christmas gift and the experience has been genuinely shocking for a brand positioned at a luxury price point. The product was not true to size. I followed le gramme’s own sizing guidance and then measured the bracelet using the company’s own sizing tool. The cord alone measured around 22 cm, and the clasp adds roughly another 1.5 to 2 cm. That is materially larger than what was ordered and what the size guide implies.Independent comparison confirmed the discrepancy. I went to Kith in Toronto, which stocks the same bracelet, tried on the same model in the stated size, and the fit was completely different. The store item fitted properly. The one shipped to me did not. This points to poor consistency and weak quality control.Customer service refused to engage with the evidence. Despite photos, measurements, and a clear explanation, support repeatedly fell back on an internal “14 working days” return window and declined a return or refund. The tone was polite but the substance was dismissive: essentially “we cannot help, but we can advise you on your next purchase”. That is not acceptable when the issue is that the item received does not match what was represented. They ignored statutory consumer protections in France. French consumer law includes a legal guarantee of conformity that is separate from voluntary return policies. When a product does not conform to the description or expected characteristics, the seller is expected to provide a remedy. Hiding behind a short returns window to avoid resolving a non conformity issue is exactly the kind of behaviour that destroys trust.Net result is a luxury brand that cannot reliably deliver correct sizing, and when challenged with clear proof, chooses policy over fairness. I would not recommend le gramme unless you can try the exact piece in person and are comfortable with minimal after sales support if anything is off.
Customer service is extremely disappointing. I contacted Le Gramme mid October 2025 regarding my husbands 9gram cable bracelet which broke. I was out by 6 months of the item falling within their warranty period of 2 years. The bracelet hold sentimental value - as most jewelry do. I was already initially disappointed with the communication, enquiring as to how the bracelet could have broken the way it did, without manufacturing default and needed time to think about the return process and fee. I was promised the price of €80 provided stands and to let them know when I was ready. I then contact them in mid December 2025 (replying to their last email), requesting I was ready to proceed, only to be told I needed the resend my receipt and images. I forwarded email conversation of my previous communication, including email about the fee and that it stays until I’m ready. I’m told due to “evolved policy’ the fee is now €120, even after providing evidence of the price that was promised. The actual design of the cable bracelet in particular is beautiful, but let’s hope if you do decide to purchase one, it doesn’t break (frayed from one of the ends!) or require maintenance.Their design do not match their customer service. You will have to consider the risk to reward when purchasing an item from this jeweler. 11 Jan 2025: it was a pleasant surprise to receive a reply from Le Gramme, and I had always wondered when businesses replied to reviews extending an offer to review or improve your experience - whether they follow through with it. I am still waiting on the outcome of their review (as they indicated on their reply).
