Following the purchase of a Cable bracelet worth €410 from Le Gramme, I discovered a manufacturing defect: the bracelet could not properly fasten, and I nearly lost it several times. I sent the bracelet twice to the workshop for repair (3 months of waiting the first time, then 5 months the second time) and each time it was returned without any changes being made.Today, the bracelet once again came undone during a walk and I have permanently lost it.Le Gramme’s response: “Sorry, but the warranty does not cover loss. We nonetheless generously offer you a 30% discount voucher for our website.”To say the least, this response does not satisfy me given that the bracelet is now listed at €620 on their site.My advice: move on! while the jewellery is beautiful, both quality and customer service are absent.
