I’m really disappointed with my experience ordering from Leighton Vans.My order has been a mess from start to finish. First, they sent me roof bars instead of the side bars I actually ordered. I had to go through the hassle of arranging a return before they would even consider sending the correct item, I later discovered that a window fitting fitting kit was missing. I contacted Leighton Vans and was told it would be sorted. After several follow-ups, I received a call on Saturday from a team member who assured me that the missing kit would be sent that day by Transporter HQ. Who supply the camper glass bundle I’ve still had no dispatch confirmation, no delivery, and no proper communication. Every time I’ve been promised an update, I expected much better from a company with Leighton Vans’ reputation. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend them — the service has been frustrating, unreliable, and unprofessional.
