First time using LV, products were poor quality. Had to return one large item due to shocking quality, this took a while to be collected with couriers failing to turn up on planned days (Not LV issues but still adds to the frustration after booking time off work), item returned and they confirmed it was received back on Monday 2nd June. Over a week gone by and still no refund. Customer service is very hit or miss depending who you speak to. Not a great first experience unfortunately.
