We currently have our second leisure vehicle from them and over the last eight years we have experienced amazing service, including navigating warranty claims with manufacturers which LW has always made sure is smooth and simple.The service this week, from check in to getting our vehicle handed back by the technician was amazing. I was kept updated as work progressed and all the staff I met at Catterick were fantastic. Particular note to our Technician Lee and Customer Advisor Sophie who were both exceptional.
