Stuck just as we were about to leave for our holiday with a none starting motorhome, they advised me to get it to them and they went above and beyond to make sure the problem was solved to ensure we could still catch our ferry! Cannot thank the team and Lawrence enough a credit to the company
From the initial call as a new customer to book our Buccaneer Commodore in for its annual service to looking around the new stock and having lunch in the cafeteria a first class well deserved five star from me. Well done to all the staff for making me feel welcome.
From booking the motorhome in for a it’s yearly habitation check everything was taken care of from the team. From the booking with Lawrence, Rebecca and finally with Connor the technician. Everyone kept me updated with progress of the vehicle. Glad to say not too much wrong with it. The main item I liked was the detail report of the work carried out in the 3 years of having the van I’ve never had a more detailed schedule of work carried out. Thanks to everyone.

Customer service excellent, above and beyond! I ordered the wrong size and Ben made it easy for me to exchange the Dryrobe for the correct size. Product arrived in perfect condition, in a timely manner and I’m thoroughly pleased with price and product. All in all a pleasure to deal with Ben! I highly recommend!
A few minor repairs required on our Adria, the reception service staff could not have been more helpful and friendly.On completion of the jobs in hand we were invited to inspect everything was in order and to our satisfaction, which it certainly was.A big thank you to all concerned in this exelent service.
