I have been scammed by them. I done 2 transactions and both transactions were successfully completed but both recipients didn't get the money. I contacted them to get the matter resolved. It took them a week to get money reversed for one transaction and the ticket was closed and they had the audacity to ask for a review if they were good or bad.
Since than they have stopped replying to my messages and i am still struggling to get back my 291 pound off these scammers.
Avoid avoid avoid man. Use taptap at least your money is secure with them
