€15,000 is a substantial sum of money for me, and I do not believe you fully appreciate the position this has left me in.
It has now been six days since I first notified you of these unauthorised transactions. In that time, I have received assurances that you are “working on it”, yet no clear action, timeline, or resolution has been provided.
Your own stated policy makes clear that users must use a card in their own name and that third-party payments are not permitted. I do not hold a LemFi account. Therefore, how was my card accepted and used on your platform?
I have now provided my full card details relating to the transactions. You will be able to see that the card details used on your platform do not match the name on the LemFi account profile through which the transactions were processed. That profile is not in my name.
You state that fraud is taken extremely seriously. From my position, however, it appears that your systems allowed this to happen.
I now require a clear and definitive answer:
Will LemFi refund the €15,000?
If so, what is the specific timeframe?
If not, please confirm this in writing so that I may provide it to my bank, who have asked me to attempt to resolve this directly with you before proceeding further.
I have cooperated fully and exercised patience. Six days without a clear position on €15,000 is not reasonable.
I am utterly dismayed and deeply frustrated by my recent experience with Lemfi's money transfer service. Their prominent claim, boldly advertised, is that funds will be transferred and accessible within a matter of minutes. This assurance was a significant factor in my decision to use their platform, particularly as I had an urgent need for the money to reach its destination promptly. However, my reality has been a stark contrast to their promise.
It has now been well over 24 hours since I initiated the transfer, and despite their "in minutes" guarantee, the money has still not arrived. This prolonged delay has not only caused considerable inconvenience but has also generated a significant amount of anxiety and stress. In an attempt to resolve this pressing issue, I have proactively contacted their customer care department not once, but on three separate occasions. Each time, I patiently explained the situation, detailing the urgency of the transfer and the discrepancy between their advertised service and my actual experience.
To my increasing disappointment and frustration, each of these three calls yielded precisely the same, unhelpful response. The customer service representatives consistently informed me that they had "escalated" the issue and that I should expect to "receive the money anytime." This vague and non-committal answer, repeated verbatim across multiple interactions, offers no concrete timeline, no explanation for the delay, and no genuine reassurance that the problem is being actively addressed with the urgency it requires. It feels like a standard, pre-scripted reply rather than a genuine attempt to investigate and resolve my specific predicament.
This lack of transparency and the repeated unfulfilled promises have left me with a strong conviction that anyone in a similar position – someone who genuinely needs money transferred urgently – should absolutely reconsider using Lemfi. The very reason I chose their service was for its promised speed and reliability, and on both counts, they have demonstrably failed. The entire experience has been a significant letdown, eroding any trust I might have had in their service and causing unnecessary stress during a time when I needed a dependable solution.

Claimed “Instant” Service – Repeated Delays and Poor Support
LemFi advertises itself as an instant money transfer service, but my experience has been very disappointing.
I have had two separate transfers with them:
First transfer: I had to send several emails and contact customer support multiple times. After a week, the money had still not reached the bank in Pakistan, and they eventually put it back into my LemFi account.
Second transfer: The money again did not reach the bank. LemFi claimed their partner had sent it and blamed the receiving bank for delays. After multiple emails and follow-ups, and waiting the 24 hours they requested, the money finally arrived four days later.
For comparison, I sent money to the same bank account using a different service (TapTap) and the transfer was instant. Because the money was urgent, I had to use a competitor instead.
I am extremely disappointed with LemFi’s repeated delays, poor communication, and the way they deflect responsibility. I will not use LemFi again and would caution others looking for a reliable “instant” money transfer service.
“I used LemFi to send money to Nigeria. I was asked to submit 3 months of banking information to verify my sending, but after submitting the requested bank verification and statements, my account was blocked from sending transfers. Now my money is stuck in the app.. Customer support only provided repeated automated responses with no solution. Very frustrating experience.” I believe i have been scammed

Your service is completely at fault here. It has been about 7 days, and the payment is still showing as “in progress” on your end. This delay is unacceptable.
Could you please explain what is causing this issue and why it has not been resolved yet? The sender has also been in contact with you, but unfortunately, no clear or honest update has been provided to him either.
If you are unable to process the transaction, then please refund the sender immediately. We need this matter resolved as soon as possible.
Kindly treat this as urgent.
Lemfi is good and the service is nice just that that you have competitors now in times of rate some competitors rate are higher than lemfi. And good recommendation for Anna she’s very polite and patient
I spoke to Mia..I like the fact that they’re available 24/7 and that whenever I have any transaction issues, I can readily reach them. And they’ve always resolved my transaction issues - almost immediately 😌

Reciever never got the money (confirmed by recievers bank aswell) while they said transaction is successful. Getting the same reply for 4 times when contacting them. 259£ gone and they cant track it where are them gone. And no gaurantee for the refund. There no point operating such a money transfer platform where you dont know wheres the money going.
