Disgusting customer service!! I waited 8 days for my 48hr delivery so I emailed as my daughter’s birthday was 2 days later! I was informed my parcel would be sent out first thing I receive a email at 22:25 the day later!! Thank goodness for AMAZON where I had to re purchase all my order and pay TWICE!!! Absolutely appalling service so disappointed!
