Concerns About Return Policy

I received a holiday gift that I needed to return due to the wrong size. Living in the USA, I found out that the company seemingly has no exchange policy. I have tried to contact their US office multiple times with my inquiry but have not received any feedback. Is this company trustworthy?

Received a Dirty Blanket

I ordered a blanket for my pony because the design was adorable, but to my shock, my 'new blanket' arrived used, unfolded, filthy, and covered in dirt. I emailed and called the company, but I still haven't heard back. This situation is truly outrageous, and I can't understand how it occurred.

Disappointing Customer Service

We purchase many products from this company, either directly or through a supplier. Nearly every direct purchase has had issues, especially with a recent return. Although it's been during the festive season, I was informed that for a return received on December 24, I might have to wait another 14 days for a refund. I had to call for updates, promised an email that never came, and when I called back, the representative seemed uninterested. Customer service feels almost non-existent and is getting worse, making me hesitant to buy from them again.

Fantastic Quality

Fantastic quality products. Delivery is consistently prompt. My child loves her ponies and pony gear, especially the mini saddle pad, which is of excellent quality. She also adored the clothes she received this year as a gift. We plan to order more clothing in the future.

Disappointing Mini Saddle Pad

I just received my order for the mini saddle pad, which cost £15.00 plus £3.50 for shipping, as a gift for my granddaughter. Frankly, it's embarrassing to give. The quality is appalling, and the size is misleading. It's extremely lightweight, almost like a boxed handkerchief, and the additional shipping cost feels unjustified. I will not be purchasing from this site again.

Faulty Item Concerns

Extremely poor customer service. I had a rug for only 12 hours, which cost £100, and it ripped at the seam. Despite clear evidence of the fault, the company is denying responsibility and trying to evade their legal obligation to provide a replacement.

Return Refusal for Unused Item

The company refused to accept the return of pristine white breeches, claiming they were 'dirty' based on photos that supposedly showed dirt. I only tried them on, so I don't understand the source of the dirt. They were returned to me in brand new condition, yet the company zoomed in on shadows in the photos and insisted they could not be returned. This is utterly ridiculous.
