If I could give a negative number I would a thousand times! We were forced out of our home out of the national winter ice storm here in Nasvhille, TN for 8 days (people died in North Nasvhille where we also live) and they have denied the claims.
They denied us twice, we kept re-submitting and a 3rd time we were denied!
1) They asked for a letter from NES - we supplied it!
2) Asked for proof on the transformers blowing - we supplied it!
Lemonade confirmed if a transformer exploded (two did) that they would give us insurance. We did just that and they confirmed.
Don't use them, they won't even help when a national tragedy happens...250k people out of power!!
Lemonade sucks, I just cancelled today.
