I’ve had nothing but problems with Lemonade Insurance, and I want to warn others before they end up in the same situation.
First, I had a fire in my outhouse and lost £1,200 worth of belongings — Lemonade refused to cover any of it. No support, no reimbursement, nothing.
Then I had a leak that damaged my ceiling, and once again, they refused to pay out. They will do absolutely anything to avoid paying a valid claim.
And to add insult to injury, after refusing to cover either of my issues, they had the cheek to increase my policy price. Paying more for worse service is a joke.
Their whole setup looks good until you actually need help. When things go wrong, they hide behind excuses and deny everything. I regret ever signing up with them — definitely look elsewhere for real insurance.
