I knew that this was not going to be a quick experience, but I was not prepared for it to take as long as it did. I started on July 24, 2024. I received my settlement payment on October 3, 2025. In the end, they did get me a reasonable settlement. I have two main concerns with my experience with Lemon Law Group Partners. The first concern I had with my experience was the lack of communication, or communication follow through. I had a total of SEVEN case managers, and it seemed like none of them shared any of my case information with the next one. I had to resend my case information to them a minimum of seven times. Each time I got a new case manager I had to give a recap of what had happened previously. I was keeping records and a running case file on my own so that gaps were not missed due to the lack of communication. This was the most frustrating part of my experience with them. To be clear, I was not expecting daily or weekly updates. However, I was expecting that they would keep proper documentation and a continuum of the process with each hand off. The last two case managers, Joshua and Stacey, were by far the most helpful. The second concern that I had was a seemingly nontransparent view into how the attorney's fee would be paid. During the initial agreement signing I was lead to believe that the manufacturer would pay my attorney fees. They did, kind of. The attorney fees are "inclusive" in the settlement that they negotiate for you. This means that you will be presented with an offer of x, but the money you will receive in hand is x minus the attorney fees. This was not made clear in the beginning of the process. Overall, if I were to go through this again I would have dealt with the manufacturer on my own. I had negotiated a larger settlement prior to obtaining legal assistance. I would have dropped the attorney, but the contract that you sign says that you cannot negotiate your own settlement, and if you do you still have to pay them. The settlement I negotiated prior to obtaining legal representation was two or three thousand more than the inclusive settlement offered. I ended up losing at least $5,000 by going with this group. Hindsight is 20/20.
