Useful service. Plan ahead.
I ordered a Pre purchase inspection (PPI) on a Monday and they arranged inspection the next day, Tuesday. Excellent. I was notified by email and spoke with the seller that the inspection was arranged verified and would take place at the time discussed. I got texts Tuesday by the seller that the PPI was complete, contact to move forward. But I had not yet received the results of the inspection. Next day, Wednesday no results. Day after that, Thursday no results. I sent email and spoke with Lemon Squad they told me the results would be sent shortly. The inspector writeup was being reviewed. It was not until the end of Friday, I received notice via email that the results were available. Very good information, good pictures. Test driven. I was ready to purchase!
I called the seller to find out that the vehicle had been sold on Thursday.
So, bottom line, very useful service. Decently priced. Not necessarily the FASTEST service if you need a timely response ASAP and the seller is not holding the vehicle for you. I would use again with that in mind.
