Review Time
Good data - received a prompt and detailed write-up with lots of pictures for the vehicle I intended to purchase, which made it much easier to have confidence in an out-of-state purchase sight unseen.
Inspector delayed the initial inspection scheduled for January 15th to the 16th he never showed up on the second scheduled day, but I got an email. Telling me that he had finished the inspection when he had never been there. Then, I got an email telling him that he rescheduled it for that following Monday. But showed up Saturday, instead, took another five days to get the actual report
I received a report that was lacking, poorly written, with minimal attention to detail and significantly inaccurate. It was so poorly executed that I couldn't trust the findings. The report mentioned, "Undercarriage shows dark staining that may indicate a leak." Besides the spelling and grammatical mistakes, there was no effort to identify what the stain was—something that could be assessed without specialized equipment. The inspector also incorrectly identified the tire brand and noted the wrong size for all wheels. Contacting the inspector is a hassle. First, you must navigate through the auto attendant and then deal with the ineffective AI assistant. When you finally reach a live representative, they inform you that customers cannot communicate with inspectors. It seems inspectors do not stand by their work since they do not sign the report or reveal their identities. When you raise a complaint (only via email), you will get generic responses that do not address your concerns, merely serving as inadequate attempts to justify their inefficiency and incompetence.
My inspection was finished on 12/29/25, and I got an email the next day stating that "my inspection is complete, and we cannot wait to review it." However, when I logged in, only the pictures and videos were available, but not the report. Despite making several daily calls to the support team and being labeled as "priority," I didn't receive my report until 1/4/25. The reason given was that it was a holiday week and they were short-staffed. This excuse doesn’t hold up since my report was ready; it simply wasn’t uploaded. Why claim the report is complete when it isn’t available? This is a clear case of incompetence. By then, I had already arranged for another company to conduct a PPI on a different vehicle, rendering my initial PPI a total waste of money. If another company can accomplish it in just ONE DAY during the holidays, why did it take a week here? The company won’t offer a refund, as accountability for poor service seems irrelevant to them. Clearly, I will not be using this service again.
The transmission fluid wasn’t checked and was completely brown, resulting in an additional $300 to have it flushed. If it had been flagged as a concern, I could have requested the seller to replace it or negotiate the price. They also failed to mention the remaining brake pad depth, so now I have to spend a few hundred more to replace the front brakes. I definitely cannot recommend this service.
Hired Lemons Squad to do an inspection on an RV. After calling daily, it took 6 days to get the report even though they advertised a 24 hour turn around time. Finally received the report and it had nothing more than a brief description and a couple photos. Absolutely NO systems were tested whatsoever on the unit. The phone number changes daily on their website. There is no internal messaging system on the dashboard. The AI robot on the phone transfer you to someone in India who are absolutely useless and do nothing. This report will be rejected by my warranty company as it is useless. Lemon Squad scammed me out of $450, and all they said was to email "services" and I would hear back from them in 3 days. Do not waste your money on this scam company. The only reason I had to choose them was because local inspectors were booked out a month in advance and I needed it sooner. Buyer beware!
The inspector clearly overlooked serious gouges in the bumper and hatch. I invested both time and money to visit the location only to discover this. This experience has entirely squandered my resources. I will be seeking a refund.
