Atrocious. I was rejected with no communication or reason. Chat help is terrible AI that sends you around in circles. Good luck finding a support email. When I did, took weeks to get a response. Still with no reason as to why I was rejected. How do they expect to get business, win new customers?
I "walked across the road" and was approved by one of their competitors immediately without fuss!

This is the worst payment processor I have encountered. Almost every month, we receive incorrect payments. Our customers are charged VAT inconsistently. No one responds to our inquiries. I'm at a loss trying to understand what they actually do that works.
This service appears to be abandoned. Critical bugs remain unresolved, and support is entirely unresponsive. I've tried everything: emails, forum posts, even reaching out to several employees on social media. No one has replied. Since being acquired, they also removed their public roadmap, which is concerning. At this point, I cannot recommend relying on this service for any new projects. I truly regret it...
There is almost no customer support. I used this service for processing substantial payments, and it was somewhat smooth; however, when issues arise, I wait days for responses, and most replies show a lack of understanding of my situation. Their technology is solid, but with nearly non-existent support, they are no longer a viable option for a payment processor, and we are moving our products elsewhere.
