Regret Not Requesting a Trial

I wish I had known to ask for a trial before committing. I was only active for three days before realizing it didn't align with my business model. I raised my concerns right away, but despite explaining that the platform wasn’t suitable, I was still required to pay for the full 12-month term. If you're uncertain if this service will work for you, definitely ask for a trial first. Three days was enough for me to see it wasn't right—unfortunately, not enough for them to show any flexibility. Be sure you're confident before committing, as once you sign, you're locked in for the full year. There's no room for negotiation or understanding for small independent agents.
