This is a wonderful supplement that I take to help with my tired eyes. I work a desk job and am staring at screens all day every day. I have been using Lenairs for the past few years to help my eyes. I spend most of the day on my phone and computer, so my eyes get very tired by afternoon. After taking Lenairs for a few months, I noticed a significant difference. Now my eyes are not as tired and my vision is stronger toward the end of the day. Great product.
