I placed an order after seeing their promotion for a product but should have realized it was a scam since they didn’t ship my package or inform me of any delays. After three weeks, I contacted them to cancel my order and request a refund. Terrible customer service and a complete waste of time—avoid this site!
This service is a total scam. Initially, they claimed no customs or taxes would be charged, yet I received a bill from a delivery service for more than half of my order cost. The company ignored my multiple emails over several days, and after I paid it, I found out from the delivery service that they sent an empty box. Steer clear of this service—it's a scam.
This service is NOT reliable. I made a purchase for a product that was listed as in stock on July 21st. After not receiving any updates, I emailed them on July 28th and was told they would ship soon. I waited and emailed again on August 8th, only to receive another vague email. On August 25th, I got a generic mailing list email promising shipment updates, but nothing materialized. As of now, I still don’t have my product that I paid for over two months ago. I ordered the same item elsewhere last week and received it today. Save your money and avoid this service!
